Children cared for in this area are aged between 2-3 years old. We encourage the children to explore and learn in both the inside and outside areas.

All of the staff in this area are experienced in working with children of this age and we maintain a ratio of 1:4 at all times. We have different craft activities every day and lots of physical activities too. All our activities are very varied, imaginative and very messy!!

Our Key Person system is operated and all of the children have a Learning Folder where we record all the interesting things they have said and done and their next steps for learning! The children attend for various lengths of time, from a morning/afternoon session to full days. Daisy Room is very spacious and open and is always bustling with activity. Children in this area are offered a rest time every afternoon
